Background and Challenges
Jily Hotel aimed to provide guests with a novel entry experience into their living environment. The initial lobby was dim and uninviting, creating guest expectations for an upgrade that would be on par with the sophistication of the hotel's surroundings.
The goal was to enhance hotel guests' experiences with digital signage by providing visually appealing menus that can be easily updated. This includes capturing customer attention, reducing operational costs, and ensuring message delivery beyond closing hours.
Jily Hotel selected Jarltech as its primary technology provider to create an innovative, contemporary and personalized experience for its hotel guests.
As technology continues to evolve and change, the living experience has been slower and less responsive to change. Jily Hotel envisioned forging a groundbreaking living model that puts innovation first, with the traveler as co-pilot.
Jily Hotel collaborated with Jarltech to transform the guest experience, actively gathering feedback as guests experienced innovations in real time. Jily implemented a proof of concept in the contemporary and open meeting space of New Taipei, centered around a living model kitchen equipped with premium digital signage from BBS and CMS Solution.
Solution
Jily uses a BBS and CMS solution to effectively deploy and manage digital information. This solution allows the hotel to prioritize customer satisfaction and promote awareness of events and services throughout the property.
To keep business guests up to date, the hotel has installed nine 23.8-inch screens in its meeting room areas. These screens display meeting room assignments and provide pertinent company information for each meeting.
Strategically placed in the hotel lobby, 42" screens are used to display a variety of information, including details on souvenirs, restaurant events, bar specials, local attractions and more. This deployment aims to enhance the overall guest experience throughout the hotel environment.
Results
The hotel, in existence for 30 years, has undergone a complete transformation resulting in a modern, inviting, and flexible space. The introduction of new screens has received positive feedback from guests, and the implementation of a digital information network has given the hotel a refreshed image.
Upon entering the lobby of Jily in New Taipei City, guests immediately feel a distinctive atmosphere. Jily empowers guests to create a personalized experience that is unparalleled in the hospitality industry.
