HTGOLD TECHNOLOGY presented a demonstration of digital content for corporate communications via digital signage.

Background and Challenges

In the context of the multiple company mergers that took place between 2014 and 2016, Jarltech provided invaluable support in relation to our essential rebranding and internal communication efforts. It was essential to implement a unified solution to inform and educate employees while showcasing our visual capabilities. By leveraging our digital signage, we were able to deliver high-quality and engaging communications throughout the company during this transitional period.

We have installed a number of digital signage screens in common areas across a variety of offices. The screens display a variety of company-related content, including branded messages, updates on special events, profiles of team members, and overviews of our services. The content is managed remotely via an online portal and powered by our proprietary BBS CMS solution at each location.

During the mergers, our offices were utilising a variety of platforms for visual content. The primary challenge was integrating these into a unified network that could be centrally and remotely controlled. To fulfill HTGOLD's final specifications, Jarltech provided comprehensive control mechanisms for content organization, distribution, and updates, while ensuring seamless transitions between wait-time information and marketing presentations.

Solution

By working closely with internal contacts, we successfully integrated existing platforms across all HTGOLD office locations into a unified network. We established the necessary infrastructure and assigned a dedicated content professional at each location to support the BBS CMS solution. Throughout the project, Jarltech refined the system requirements with the aim of enhancing functionality.

Formal specifications were introduced for the collection of management data, including consultant productivity, and the scope of digital signage was expanded to enable the system to display a wider variety of content in instances where queue-status information is not required.

Results
