Thermal receipt printers are a cost-effective solution that has revolutionized retailers' business practices due to their versatile connectivity options. We helped customers test both 2" and 3" thermal printers.
Our objective was to attain a 24V equivalent performance level through testing with 12V. This voltage selection is widely favored throughout various industries.
However, we chose a 12V test to infer the printer's low power consumption. In this scenario, the printer remains functional even when disconnected from a power source because it can still run on a battery.
The testing parameters include assessing QR codes, print quality, and the various functions of each component. Unlike other companies that conduct comprehensive product testing, we choose to specifically evaluate the thermal printer module.
Our mechanical engineer will modify the printer to create a test module. We chose this method because a test module provides greater flexibility, allowing it to be applied to various products, including POS systems and various ticket machines.
