HTGOLD Technology used digital signage to deliver corporate communications through digital content.

Background and Challenges

In the midst of several corporate mergers between 2014 and 2016, Jarltech played a critical role in supporting our important post-merger rebranding and internal communications efforts.

We wanted a unique solution that would not only inform and educate our employees, but also highlight our combined visual expertise.

In pursuit of these goals, we leveraged our digital signage capabilities to provide compelling and high-quality company-wide communications during a transitional period. We installed multiple digital signage screens in common areas of various offices.

These screens display a range of company-specific content, from branded messages and special event details to team spotlights and overviews of our offerings. All content is remotely managed through an online portal and powered by our proprietary BBS, CMS solution at each office location.

At the time of the merger, our offices were using disparate platforms for their visual content. The primary challenge was to consolidate these disparate platforms into a single network that could be centrally and remotely managed.

In line with HTGOLD's final specifications, Jarltech provides robust controls for organizing, distributing and updating content. In addition, it excels at supporting seamless transitions between modes, displaying wait time information and marketing presentations.

Working with internal contacts, we were able to integrate existing platforms across all HTGOLD offices into a unified network.

We provided the necessary infrastructure and assigned a dedicated content professional at each location to facilitate the BBS, CMS solution. Throughout the development of the project, Jarltech refined the system requirements for greater precision.

We introduced formal specifications for collecting management data, including consultant productivity, and expanded the scope of digital signage. This expansion allows the system to display a wider variety of content when queue status information is not required.

Working with internal contacts, we were able to integrate existing platforms across all HTGOLD offices into a unified network.

We have deployed essential infrastructure at each location to support the player, and a dedicated content professional remotely manages all content through our online BBS, CMS solution.

Digital signage is not only an effective tool for internal communication, but also an artistic interior design feature, providing an exceptional means to showcase our extensive visual solutions capabilities to all HTGOLD employees, customers, prospects and visitors.
