Daily Supply encountered significant challenges in managing their chain of stores, as the growth of their business needed the ability to easily update menu items, manage gift cards, and implement a rewards program for their loyal clientele.
Co-owner Chester Chu and his fiancée encountered several challenges with their point-of-sale (POS) system. Despite trying a different system, they still faced significant obstacles during implementation.
They wanted to implement a simple rewards program that would give members a 10% discount on their meals with every purchase. They also wanted exceptional support from their POS vendor to effectively streamline and optimize their business operations.
Solution
Co-owner Chester Chu worked with Jarltech's Point-of-Sale to overcome technological challenges by implementing a new touch POS system. This solution has not only been installed at their current locations, but will be expanded to include additional systems at other locations.
The deployment of the new Touch POS system enables them to run their unique business according to their preferences, using a point-of-sale system that is tailored to their business requirements, eliminating any obstacles.
Daily Supply makes approximately 10 menu changes every two weeks, and co-owner Chester Chu values the system's quick and straightforward process for executing updates. Additionally, Daily Supply foresees numerous possibilities to scale their business via their point-of-sale platform.
They are collaborating with Jarltech's affiliated company in Point-of-Sale to integrate their new website with the point-of-sale system. This integration ensures any products sold online are automatically deducted from the inventory in the POS system, streamlining the account reconciliation process between the two.
